Shipping & Delivery

1. We engage the mail and delivery service of third party vendors such as Singapore Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPEX, Ninja Van, simplypost and the likes for all our online delivery orders. 2. Transit Time Domestically In general, local delivery within Singapore is 2-7 days. Internationally Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. 3.For urgent deliveries, please contact us directly for a customized arrangement. 4. Tracking Order Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 5. Parcels Damaged In Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. 6. Process for parcel damaged or lost in-transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. 7. Unsuccessful Delivery As our delivery is outsourced to an external service provider, kindly note that you are guided by our service provider's policy for any unsuccessful delivery. 8. Import Duties & Taxes Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Jojomama encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Jojomama at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are only able to accept cancellations before the order has been fabricated or before dispatched. Once order has been despatched, we are not able to accept any cancellation.  

Out of stock

If an item is OUT OF STOCK, we will need 7 days to fabricate the item before dispatching your order. In this instance, we will contact you about whether you are able to wait for the restocking or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Return Policy

1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except for defective item. Please note that as all the flowers and elements are natural, variations in flowers, types, colours and sizes are all part of the artistic beauty, these are not considered defect. Each item is handmade, so tolerance in overall size and thickness should be within acceptable limits. We take pride in checking all our products before dispatching our orders. 2.In the event that you do receive a defective item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with the following: i). Order Number, ii) Date of Purchase, iii). Photo of the defect. 3.All enquiries for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery, the items must be unused and return with its original packaging. For defective items, we will do one to one replacement. For refund on the purchase price, Jojomama reserves the rights to assess the eligibility. 4. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
